A 50% non refundable deposit is required on any kid to hold and remainder to be paid upon pick up, Doelings pick up is 12 weeks, wethers and bucks at 8 weeks.

There is no deposit to be put on our waiting list, only to hold once the kid is born. If you are reserving a kid and requesting that they are NOT disbudded a full payment is required once they are born.

We reserve the right to retain any kids born on the farm regardless of reservation status but will do our best to fulfill our reservation list.  All kids are guaranteed healthy at time of sale but due to a wide range of variables, we cannot guarantee their health once they have left the farm.

Goats can become can become subject to many ailments throughout their lifetime, we claim no liability or financial responsibility for medical or health issues once the goats leave our possession.

All kids are disbudded, tattooed (if registered Nigerian only), hooves trimmed, castrated (wethers) vaccinated, cocci preventative and de wormed before they leave the farm

We do our best to disbud and band (castrate), we do not guarantee that kids will not develop scurs after disbudding and cannot guarantee the effectiveness of banding.

Doelings are to be picked up at 12 weeks and Bucks and Wethers at 8 weeks, If you cannot arrange to pick up at these times, please contact us for arrangements. If arrangements have not been communicated or we have not heard from you when the doelings are 14weeks and bucks/wethers are 10 weeks. We reserve the right to move to the next person with NO refund on deposit.

We DO NOT hold without a deposit, they are available until that deposit it paid. Buyer has 24hrs to make the deposit or we move on to the next interested buyer.

We also reserve the right to refuse any sale at our own discretion Payments and deposits can be made by cash or e transfer to stillwaterfarm@shaw.ca

Please make sure you come with an appropriate crate/carrier for transport as we have non to offer. We do not allow any farm visits, we are a closed and tested farm and have a strict bio security in place. All transfer of animals will be done at the farm gate.
